The disc is manufactured via one-time injection molding with high-grade PA66 nylon,
delivering exceptional tensile strength, superior wear resistance, and smooth, low-friction

Heavy-Duty 20Mn2 Steel Chain
Constructed from high-strength 20Mn2 steel, the chain delivers outstanding load-bearing
capacity and long-term durability.
For the D60 model, deformation tension reaches 1.2T, with a breaking tension of 3.0T,
engineered to withstand continuous operation in commercial farm feed lines.
Wide Range of Standard Models
Available in 6 industry-standard models (D60 to D270), with link diameters from Φ5mm
to Φ18mm, disc diameters from Φ44mm to Φ204mm, and unit lengths of 50m or 100m,
perfectly matching all standard feed line pipe sizes and system configurations.
