Comprehensive Integrated Drive Module
A fully functional, all-in-one drive system consisting of a high-quality motor, cycloidal
pinwheel reducer or worm gearbox, stainless steel drive housing, drive sprocket/wheel,
precision tensioning mechanism, and integrated safety protection devices, delivering
reliable, consistent performance for feed conveying systems.
Optimized for Long-Distance Transport
Features terminal drive installation, specifically engineered for stable, efficient long-
distance feed transport. Multiple drive configurations are available for ultra-long feed
lines, with synchronized control to ensure uniform performance across extended
conveying runs.
Flexible Tensioning Options
Available with two tensioning mechanism options: spring tensioning (for D60, D102,
D133 models) and pulley & counterweight tensioning (for D160, D219, D270 models),
ensuring consistent chain tension and smooth, reliable operation across all load conditions.
Wide Performance Range
Available in 6 models (D60 to D270) with power ratings from 1.5kW to 11kW and conveying
capacities from 1.5 tons/h to 40 tons/h, matching the needs of small to large-scale commercial
