Separated Feeding Stalls for Reduced Competition
Features individual separated feeding stalls to minimize feed competition and aggression
between pigs, ensuring uniform feed access for all animals in group housing.
This design supports consistent growth rates and reduces size variation within nursery
and fattening herds.
Anti-Waste & Anti-Bridging Design
Equipped with an anti-spill and anti-arch baffle to minimize feed waste and prevent
feed bridging/arching in the hopper, ensuring continuous, unobstructed feed flow.
The precision feed discharge adjustment mechanism allows fine-tuning of feed delivery
based on pig age and growth stage, optimizing feed conversion ratio (FCR) for
commercial operations.
Intelligent High-End Model Option
High-end intelligent models are equipped with a material level sensor for real-time
feed inventory monitoring, paired with an anti-blocking vibration device to eliminate
feed blockages and ensure uninterrupted feeding.
This smart design reduces manual inspection labor and improves farm operational
efficiency.
Dual-Model Configuration for Full Growth Cycle
Available in two dedicated models to cover the full pig growth cycle:
Nursery Model: Optimized for weaned piglets, 200mm feeding position width, 1.0mm
material thickness, 4~12 double-sided feeding positions.
Fattening Model: Engineered for finishing pigs, 300mm feeding position width, 1.5mm
material thickness, 4~12 double-sided feeding positions.
Unlike dry-wet feeders, this unit has no built-in water pipeline, drinking nipple, or water
supply accessories, designed exclusively for efficient dry feed delivery.
