After extensive testing, the scrubber packing adopts an optimized superimposed
multilateral structure, delivering excellent hydrophobicity, moisture retention,
and air permeability.
This design maximizes gas-liquid contact area, ensuring full interaction between
exhaust air and deodorization solution to effectively capture and neutralize ammonia,
hydrogen sulfide, odors, and particulate matter from livestock farm exhaust,
delivering consistent, high-efficiency deodorization performance.
High-Strength Copolymer PP Polymer Material
Manufactured from high-strength copolymer PP polymer, the filter media delivers
exceptional aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and
flame retardancy (V0/V2 level non-flammable).
It is engineered to withstand the harsh, corrosive environment of livestock farms,
with stable performance across a wide working temperature range of -40℃ to 90℃,
and zero performance impact from high humidity conditions.
One-Time High-Temperature Stamping Process
Produced using advanced high-temperature one-time stamping technology, the
packing features a solid, robust structure with superior pressure resistance, a
smooth non-porous surface for easy cleaning and sanitization, and long-term
structural stability.
The snap-fit in-place assembly design enables tool-free, quick installation and
replacement, drastically reducing maintenance labor for farm operations.


Optimized Flow Design for Superior Gas-Liquid
Interaction
Features a 20mm sloping channel with splashing droplets, delivering a specific
surface area of 125m²/m³ and porosity of over 97%.
This optimized design ensures excellent gas-liquid ratio performance (0.1-0.3L/m³
at 1.5m/s wind speed), making it compatible with both horizontal and vertical
ventilation deodorization modes, and perfectly matching the Farmjoy Aiv Scrubber
system.
